中秋好像一直缺一首一起唱的歌。
《但愿人长久》《十五的月亮》《明月千里寄相思》——中秋的歌几乎都是想念的歌，每一首都很美，也每一首都在讲距离。新年有《恭喜发财》，有热闹，有一家人一起唱的歌；中秋没有。
《月亮不冷》想做那一首：广寒宫里捣药的、砍树的、趴着不动的，今晚全都放下手里的活。只有桥段安静下来，让嫦娥说出她捣了三千年药的真正原因。
中秋那天，把它放在饭桌上。副歌只有两句，听两遍就会唱。
Almost every Mid-Autumn song ever written is about missing someone — beautiful, every one, and every one about distance. Chinese New Year has songs a whole family sings together. Mid-Autumn never got one.
This is the song from the film, released on its own: the whole Palace of Vast Cold putting its work down for one night, and a single quiet bridge where Chang’e finally says why she spent three thousand years pounding that medicine.
Play it at the table on the 25th. The chorus is two lines — you’ll be singing it by the second time round.
The Palace of Vast Cold isn’t cold. The moon isn’t cold.
You only have to look up — and you’re already together.
团圆 means “round and complete” — the word for a family gathering, and the word for a full moon.
In Chinese it is one idea, not two. That is the whole song in one word.
